Simple and Beautiful DIY Christmas Gift – Framed Photo in less than 10 Minutes

Did you forget a gift? Someone new coming for dinner?

Here is fab idea! You may have to run to Target.

  1. Download the helloalbums iPad App.
  2. Choose a design that fits with your photo color and/ or theme. Add photos and print.
  3.  Cut out and insert into 4 x 4 or 5 x 5 frame. I found a two photos frame, but depending on the selection.

I really like the idea of adding a bit of text, IE the year, place, etc. The design I used was designed by Carol Fazio, exclusively for helloalbums.

Save An Entire Photo Book to Facebook with Helloalbums latest iPad Update.

Helloalbums, a division of Conry Print,Inc. announced the release of Version 1.6 of its popular iPad app for Photo Books integrating an improved sharing experience thru FaceBook Albums.

Appleton,WI  August 13, 2013  -Helloalbums new release (v 1.6) allows users to share their creation with friends and family via email and post an entire album on Facebook. Users can now customize their helloalbum  photo book with Instagram, Flickr, Picasa, DropBox, Web and G-Mail.

“From the beginning I wanted the app to be flexible. Now the user has so many fun sharing and printing possibilities. She can print a page and frame it, create a DIY card, share one page or the entire album and print an actual book.” says Cindy Coughlin, owner helloalbums.

Choose from style options, drag and drop pictures from your ipad or cloud based sources, and add descriptions as you go. Change the color, style of the fonts and position type anywhere on the page. Once customers are done with a photo album, they can purchase a bound copy to be mailed.

“The old version was more about printing than sharing, so I am thrilled that users can share easily now. It is an amazing app that lets you create, share, and print albums right from your iPad, which is fantastic because that’s where billions of photos are already”, states Cindy Coughlin

Halloween photo books l snap & share

I think I take about 100 photos at Halloween. The little creatures are so darn cute. The sad part is I never did anything with the photos. I did put a few in Halloween frames,  but overall it is quite pathetic.

This year with my new Iphone 5 and ipad2 I have no excuse. Not only will I enjoy the photos  on my ipad, I am sending a book to close friends and family. No digital stuff, sending an actual printed book that someone can hold, admire and have for years to come.
